In 1995, Newsweek magazine published an article about how the internet would never really become popular in the future. Well, it seems that even the experts can sometime get it wrong (even if the author did make some correct predictions about fake news).
In this lesson, students watch a video showing 10 recent inventions and decide which gadgets and devices will become popular in the future. They then decide which invention(s) they would invest their money in. Maybe their guess will be as good as the experts’.
